Vicky Fowler

Vicky specialises in all forms of planning and development work, and has acted for Local Authorities, developers, house-builders and institutions in relation to a number of development projects including town centre, retail, housing and infrastructure schemes.

Her experience includes conducting planning and compulsory purchase inquiries; representations at Local Plan inquiries; High Court planning actions, carrying out due diligence reviews on planning and infrastructure prior to purchase; drafting and negotiating all statutory agreements and planning conditions with Local Authorities; drafting of Compulsory Purchase and Transport and Works Act Orders and Stopping–Up Orders.
