Advising Tesco on all aspects of trading law, compliance issues including food safety, health and safety, labelling and advertising. Campaign advice includes liasing with regulatory interviews and court authorities, attending PACE.

We are advising Creation in connection with the Competition Commission's current investigation under the Enterprise Act 2002 into the store card market.

Acted for Toyota GB (TGB) in connection with the establishing of its Sponsored Operator Scheme and the funding of a series of acquisitions by individual operators under the scheme.
